Moreland is really being missed right now. Plus, Young's hitting is about 50 points lower this season than last year. Between he and Napoli (who is almost 100 points lower than last season!), they are kind of lucky to be where they are right now.

Aside from the opening week or two or abysmal playing, Nathan has been pretty solid for the most part. I'm not sure what games you two dildos have been watching. He's averaging less than a hit per inning pitched, .333 runs per inning pitched with 9 of the 12 runs against him being earned.

I believe Young is now 7 for his last 10 or so, and Napoli had some good at bats last night. The two of them snapping out of their season-long funks is going to determine a lot of how the second half goes.

I just couldn't stay awake. Turned it off with 2 outs at the top of the ninth. Still, the 5 or 6 runs he's allowed in the past ten games seems to be a bit of an anomaly compared to his production over the past couple of months. Call it a slump? Now if he starts blowing games left and right like early in the season, I'd start getting nervous each time he walked out.
