Everyone makes mistakes, but as someone else mentioned, his off the field issues were FAR from some of what has become common occurrences among league players.

Think about this, he played fullback his freshman year because Texas had Priest Holmes and Ricky still got 900 yards rushing. This might not be true, but Ron Dayne might not have gotten the all time rushing record if Ricky plays RB all four years of college


Wish Texas could find another back with the combination of power and speed that Ricky had.

Don't get me wrong, I believe RW was a very good college player and a decent RB in the NFL and it seemed like once he got his shit together he was a very good RB at Miami and for the Ravens.
