      Atlanta 10-2 NFC conference games.
New Orleans 10-2 NFC conference games

Both would be tied with 5-1 divisional record.

So how do you split? Do you go by the margins of victory?
      THis is from NFL website

      1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
      2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
      3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
      4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
      5. Strength of victory.
      6. Strength of schedule.
      7. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
      8. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
      9. Best net points in common games.
      10. Best net points in all games.
      11. Best net touchdowns in all games.
      12. Coin toss

-I love how they just say Fuck it and do a coin toss at the end...it will go to #5 in my estimation, strength of victory

It will be a really close tie breaker considering the only difference in teams played this year between the Saints and Falcons is that the Saints played Minnesota while Atlanta played Green Bay. Otherwise they played the same teams all season long.

Think Atlanta would take the tie breaker though honestly considering the margins of victory.

        Lol @ coin toss.

Agree, Saints have not really picked it up until the last 4 weeks

I think a wild card game would do the Saints some good considering they are just now getting everyone back and healthy and now they just need to find some consistant rhythm. They have been blowing early leads the past couple of weeks.

I do not think an extra game would hurt them at all either

the Chiefs would actually have homefield cause they are going to win the AFC West, and Baltimore is going to be a Wild Card spot.

Do you still stand by that statement? Chargers looked good yesterday.

Yeah and if Aaron is out, which it looks like, Packers will slide and not make it, only change I have to my statements!

Haha yeah I was looking for that post as well. Packers play New England next. I think it's all down hill from there.

The Chiefs starting QB was out after an emergency appendectomy, which makes a huge difference. Brodie Croyle, their backup is 0-9, I mean 0-10 as a starter. You can't use that game to gauge the Chiefs offense. I'm not saying they are a juggernaut by any means, but the beat the Chargers once this year.

The Chiefs are in trouble cause the Chargers could win out. I do stand by that statement because I had a feeling that the Chargers were going to come out swinging with playing the CHiefs and by losing to the Raiders last week

You're right. I believe though that the Chargers just might make a run at the division title though.

Chargers remaining schedule - San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos.

Chiefs remaining schedule - St. Louis Rams, Tennessee Titans, Oakland Raiders
