Better ring control? When was the last fight that was on the feet for more than a couple of minutes that GSP was involved in? He's bigger, stronger, and has better cardio than probably anybody in UFC.

Completely off topic, but did anybody watch the ultimate fighter finale with Nam Phan(sp?) losing by decision? Worst decision I've ever seen. Nam controlled the entire fight and beat the shit out of the mexican dude he fought. Even the mexican dude didn't know how he won. Fight judges......faggots.

Also, anybody know where to watch online? Not feeling well enough to go out. I can usually find non-UFC fights on justin.tv so I might try them, but I don't think I've ever seen a UFC ppv on there.

Did you see the fight? The little asian looked like he was ready to go another 3 rounds. The mexican dude looked like he just got done running a marathon and getting punched at every check point. I think the mexican guy took asian down once in the first round but asian got right back up, taking no damage, controlled that round, and the other two rounds. Joe Rogan went ballistic when he heard the decision. He apologized and was quick to explain that the judges in no way represent the UFC and that they're assigned by the Nevada Fighting Commission. He said "There are a few good judges out there and the rest are incompetent morons." Then the next fight he said "They better not leave it in the hands of these judges, the lady serving the beer might take home the win."

I had seen the mexican dude fight the "Korean Zombie" in the WEC which he won by a decision that could've gone either way. He definitely didn't show much skill in that fight either. Showed a lot of heart and it was fun to watch, but he didn't leave much of an impression.

Yes nam Phan won that fight IMO and I thought Garcia lost the other fight as well. But Garcia is a good fighter still. More of a gate keeper who is an entertaining fighter than champ material but good nonetheless.

He will get 3 point deductions due to a faked eye poke, fake knees to the groin and a fake knee to a downed opponent as Kosheck stuns the world with the application of his 2-month secret World Cup Brazilian Soccer "how to fake injuries that never happened" training camp. He's learned how to hide a razor in his cheek like old school wrestlers to effectively draw real blood from his forehead and testicles.

38-50 is from Cecil Peoples because Koshecks constant circling and wild haymakers equal much better ring control and aggressiveness than GSPs pussy-ass leg kicks and jabs.

The thing is with Shields is how aggressive he is. He will just charge GSP forcing him to take Shields down which he won't mind at all. Shields is a threat to GSP with submission, at least much more than anyone he has faced in recent years. Shields is also a natural bigger guy like GSP is. I'm not saying I "pick" Shields, I'm just saying it makes for a very interesting match up.

BJ Penn isn't naturally as big or strong as GSP or Shields, that may not matter alot in terms of straight BJJ, but they are also wrestling at the same time. BJ = no wrestling skill. Shields can make it difficult on GSP to hold him down because he can wrestle. JMO.
