85% of the drivers bring the sponsors to the team to get the ride, when their money runs out, so does their career. Our driver for the indycar this year brought $500,000 and doesnt' need any signage on the car. Drivers are paying to drive race cars not the other way around. Dinger pays or drives for free just like he did in champ car, David Ragan and his father are close friends of mine, he wanted to get paid.
this is nothing new, Pete Hamilton won the daytona 500 in 1970 in a bought Petty ride..........pinto gt with wood trim
