During his tenure, the team has had a lead in the fourth quarter of ALL BUT ONE GAME. It's a fucking disgrace that the team (coaches and players) have left him with a 12-9 record.

Even with just a 57% WL record, he is the best coach the Cowboys have had in a VERY long time.

He does need to pick up the clock management, the secondary, and the creative play calling though. I give him one more year for sure, and I really don't have a problem seeing his four-year contract through. It's not like anyone else has done better around here. His bigshotism is pathetic. It's so bad that he will not step down as GM until he has run the organization into the ground and is ready to sell the Cowboys, following suit to fellow shitbird Tom Hicks as he did with the Rangers 2 years ago. Even though he knows the organization would run better with a tried and true GM, he has too much pride, too much arrogance, and is too much of a control freak to let it happen.

And JG is the OC. Always has been, and always will be a big fat failure as an OC. If he refuses to let go of the reigns and bring in a real OC, then he has to go.
