If by "he didn't lose that game at least" you mean he could have and should have ended the game had he not otherthrown a wide open Miles Austin on 3 down and 5 with 2:00 left in the game, then yes. I know Austin has been out with injury, but he has been practiving and I know he hasn't lost that much of his step or he wouldn't have blow by the corner to get wide balls open.

Buuuut it wasn't an interception that led to the game-winning score, and he wasn't part of the defense that let New York drive down the field and score, and he wasn't the kicker that missed the tying field goal...

If he had done his job on that particular play then it would have never got that far with NY getting the ball back, driving, kicking the field goal, and then Dallas gettin getting the ball back and missing their field goal, game would have been over. If he completes that pass, even if Austin gets tackled(which is unlikely seeing he had some 2-1/2 steps on the corner) and doesn't score they still have a 1st down and he can kneel down from there and end the game, or kick another field goal just to pour some salt in the wound.

IMO you cant place fault for Sunday's game on Romo. I thought he did a good job on that 3rd down play that missed Austin, he had the blitz coming. The defense gets the blame. To let Eli Manning score 2 TD's with less than 6 mins remaining in the game is horrible closeout defense. The McBriar punt didnt help on Manning's final drive, but when your cordinator yaps his mouth then you better back it up. The secondary sucks, but thats nothing new. Wondering when someone in the coaching staff will relize that Newman is overrated.

I swore a couple yrs ago that as long as garrett and romo were affiliated with the boys, that I was done with them. Now my hometown team is actually doing decent and guaranteed a spot in the playoffs. If the boys don't make it to the playoffs I really hope jerry finally gets some balls and cleans house.
