Yeah, I was just reading yesterday that Dirk is out for the next 3 games for physical condition. They say he's not in game shape and that his knee is bothering him. If you're not in game shape, isn't the best way to get there by....playing games? He's supposed to be back for the Sunday game against the Spurs.

I thought the same thing, but then why take the chance of hurting the knee further while playing all out in the game. It must not be too serious for them to say he should be healthy in a week after some rest and conditioning.
