Possibly. Does the old guy have a few games left in him.
I will be the first to say I love the way he plays the game, but I think his time has passed.

I dont think anyone is going to touch Favre. Too much baggage and publicity in picking him up. Plus he looks done. I think if I was the Texas GM Id go after Jeff Garcia if he is in good shape. Also David Garrard if he is in good shape.

They are looking into Delhomme and Garcia.

                what no Doug Flutie talk?

While I'm a big Favre fan, I think he's long settled for the farm life and isn't going to be looking to get back on a team, after the Minnesota run.

Maybe the Texans can pick up Quincy Carter, I hear he's still looking for a job. Last seen in Abilene doing time for a DWI and failure to pay bond.

we were talking to farve yesterday, but the talks went south when he was informed the Wranglers will not be the new Texans uniform.

                  god bless.

I figured it was the lack of a hot reporter like Jenn Sterger that kept him away.

You know, I bet the Eagles would let Vince Young go for the right 16th round draft pick, and a quart of Quaker State 10w30.

Maybe you can find Chris Simms, I think Phil would gladly send the Texans his son's number.

Reminds me of the scene from "Major League" when they're going over the new prospects, and the GM says, "This guy's dead!" and the bitch replies,"Then cross him off!". LOL!
