Without that fumble right at the end zone going into halftime, the Cowboys would have put up a measly 3 points in the first half. Take away that gimme and the Cowboys only score on TD the ENTRE game. Dolphins held the offense in check for 80% of that game.

Did the cowboys play great? No their D was porous(sp?) but held them to field goals for the most part.

Miami was a 3-7 team on a hot streak with a better than advertised D. I dont care who you played, holding 3 teams in a row to no offensive TD's is not joke.

People forget the Cowboys are still trying to figure out what they are at this point after the debacle that was Wade Phillips. With the arrival of DeMarco Murray we are figuring it out. Labeled a re-building year by many. Ill take the wins however they can get them and against whoever they can get them against.

now you are right about them underestimating the fins defense, now with that being said why wasn't the offense able to respond? They have some of the "best" receivers in the league backed up by an "elite" QB.....

Well for one we dont have the best recievers in the league, we have some very solid recievers and when Austin comes back our recievers over-all would prolly rank in the top-5 of the league with Austin, Witten, Bryant and Robinson. Bryant will be great, but he is not there yet. He is getting better at route running and becoming a smarter reciever. Romo is not Elite plain and simple. While he can play at an elite level he cannot do it consistently.

Offensively I think their biggest issues stem from their Offensive line, to much pressure gets to Romo to often and WAY to many false starts that take the momentum out of drives.

Dez Bryant the second year player that was hurt most of last year, so for all I&P's hes still a rookie and he doesn't have impressive numbers so far this year? L. Robinson who was cut by several teams and was a last munite pick up from SD, that guy? Or are you talking about K. Olgltree or reality show winnner Jesse Holly. Yeah all pro bowl bound recievers, lol! We are winning with what we have, a good QB, a veteran TE and rookie running back and a very decent defense...


You want to talk about underacheivers you need to look no futher than your very dissapointing JETS. Probowl players all over the place. Talk about "best" recievers, you have pro bowlers, SB winning recievers and a #1 drafted QB, not to mention a two headed running back tandem and still getting your ass' kicked in the AFC.
