The last time Carpenter pitched on 3 days' rest, he got shelled. That's all I got...but it's true.

Is it bad to secretly hope for a ball to crack off the bat and directly into his face knocking him out of the game?

The Cards were due for another outburst similar to game 3. Unfortunately it happened last night. Yes the Cards have momentum. And yes it's in their house, but the Rangers have proven before that they can shut out the Cards. I'm hoping that happens tonight. This is a very good Rangers team. They understand the severity of tonights game. They will come out confident and ready to play. Wash will get them pumped and hopefully tonight we will be celebrating all across Texas. GO RANGERS!!!!!
