Who would you put in instead of Wilson? Besides, you don't pull your #1 starter halfway through the World Series just because he's underperforming.

Well, I really hope we've seen the last of Wilson in a Rangers jersey.

He isn't a bad pitcher. He's still good enough to get the regular season wins they need to get them to the playoffs. The 3 and 2 run outings he's had have been good enough to win 3 of 5 games in this series. But he's not an ace, and he puts a lot of strain on the bullpen, and he is a douche. So I'm torn between keeping him as a #2 or #3 (maybe even #4 if Holland, Ogando, and Harrison develop like they can), or losing a couple games against him next year.

It's like Wilson is afraid to throw strikes. Like he wants to be super sneaky but they're transparent sliders that end up foul and he's behind on 60% after 3 pitches.

Wilson doesn't have overpowering stuff. He has to outsmart the batter and hit spots or else he gets rocked.

I don't know a LOT about baseball, but pitching out of a hole 2/3rds of the time is BULLSHIT and makes it hard to win games.

But yeah, if he doesn't hit spots, he either walks a bunch or gets rocked.

No chance Washington sends him back out for the 6th.

Feldman had been pretty solid out of the bullpen until the start of the World Series. He bailed out Holland in Game 2 of the ALDS.

Hey, 1 run through 7 is pretty damn good. That's on the offense. 1 run through 7 in their park, I'd take that all day, every day.

Kolby Lewis pitched great in Game 2 considering he was on the road in a game that they needed to win. Just also happened that the other Cardinals pitcher was doing just as good as well. Giving up 1 run through 7 innings usually is a damn good job when you think about the lineup that we have. We should be able to score more than 1 run on a regular basis.

Tony, i agree with you that he is good to have on the team to win you games in the regular season, i just don't know if his less than stellar playoff record is enough to justify keeping him. Id trade a couple regular season losses for a couple post season wins.
