2011 Red River Shootout: OU vs Texas

It kills me, but stranger things have happened, and OU does NOT look invincible by any means. UT still lacks offensive weapons (though raw talent seems to be there) to stack up to a top 5 team, and that secondary still scares the shit outta me. I've never seen someone as hot-and-cold as Gideon. He's very erratic back there.

He's a solid safety, that's what he is.

Rivalry game, you never know. If I were a sports betting man, I would defnitely take Texas with that line listed above. I figure OU will win, but Ill bet its close and would not be overly surprised if UT wins (though I will be surprised ).

Big Sooner fan here but wouldn't be too surprised to see the Horns pull an upset. Neither team is proven at this point. The season is young!

It's pretty sad when people define him for one play. And as a freshman at that. Some people just can't let go.


Don't get me started what all went wrong with that game that night. His just happened to be the second the last bad play of the game.
