I hate these day games. I am sick of watching these from the espn gamechannel.

Oh, and game starts in an hour and a half for those not in the know. 1:07 first pitch. I hope the Rangers finally get out of their day game funk and finish this series off.

I think Warsh is an F-stick at times. If I were managing, I'd have left Colby out there for the 7th. Ogando in the 8th. Feliz in the 9th. I think there would have been far less drama.

I'm new to the discussion, and want to state, that this is far from over! Just venting on the bullpen performance in the 8th! 2 in a row, we've got the momentum

He has a 2.10 ERA with Texas, but he pitched a lot of meaningless innings. When it counted, he had 3 losses and 1 blown save (how about the 2-1 blown save/loss in Anaheim when Texas was on the verge of sweeping them in a 4 game series?).
The post I quoted said nothing about since coming to Texas. I breezed through the post and assumed he was talking ERA. Which, from what I've seen of Adams, wouldn't have surprised me. I see his average is 1.47. Statistically a good move. But, from what I've seen in games that matter, he hasn't done us any good. I know the pitch tracker isn't 100% correct, but how many times was he going to throw that same pitch to that exact same spot and hope he MIGHT get a strike out of it? I counted at least 10

Edit: I didn't watch Adams when he played for the Padres, so no need to comment on how great he was there. I have no desire to watch the Padre's unless they are playing the Rangers.
