Would you trade any of these backs for Chris Johnson?

    Peterson, McCoy or Mcfadden?

    Thanks

i wouldnt do it. Johnson just had a fat contract and he hasn't produced so far cause of him missing camp. Also he could become complacive and not play as hard now. Thise 3 backs that you listed look really good so far this year so I wouldn't. But thats just me and my opinion.

Depends on what end of the trade you are on.

I am the one that is looking to trade for Chris Johnson.

Though I left out some info. It is a PPR Dynasty league.

I was thinking maybe Peterson since he doesn't get that many passes dumped off to him.

I'm not sure why you'd even consider trading the #2, 4, or 5 leading rushers for someone ranked 34th in rushing. There are QB's with more rushing yards than him, and that's pathetic. For the record, he has 33 attempts for 77 yards throughout two weeks. This has stupid move written all over it, and this is coming from someone who took him 2nd overall.

Do you really believe CJ is a dead beat and won't post any decent numbers again? Post players that hold out and miss training camp and preseason are slow starters.

I might give up mcfadden for johnson at this point, due to his injury history, but probably wouldn't pull the trigger. McCoy is the best back in fantasy so far this year, with no reason to think it will change, and AP is steady as the day is long.

I was looking at trading for CJ too, but couldn't justify giving up Fred Jackson.

Funny you say that cause I offered the CJ owner Jackson and Spiller for CJ

I agree with you on McCoy. He is a downhill runner. Starts off slow every week but really picks it up in the second half of the game.

I think he will come around eventually. I just don't know when that will be, and it's a gamble at best. I'd consider trading a lower tier player for him. But I wouldn't trade any one of those guys right as it is right now.

And like I said, I took CJ @ #2. I'd kill to be on the opposite end of any one of those options right now.

Its the kiss of death I think when you have the first pick, cause for me it seems that whoever you pick is either going to get hurt or not have the season that he had the year before.

I have McCoy and A.P as my starters. I'm set unless one of them gets hurt, then my backup in Fred Jackson. I think if you make a trade for Chris Johnson right now you have more to lose than gain.

I wouldn't trade for CJ right now, it shows how valuable preseason and training camp is to be in shape and also know the offense better.
