That guy was not swinging the bat that hard, and even if he was Mark McGwire it would be nothing like taking a hit from a linebacker unless it threw him into a wall. Romos vest is coming from unequal technologies and supposedly able to wad it up into a handful size. That crap in that vid looks bulky as hell and the guy swinging was pulling at the last second.
