Is Romo a Top 5 QB in my opinion, no. However do I think he is in the Top 10, yes. Look at his stats, in many ways I think Romo is alot like Manning early in his career when Manning had the problem of winning games in the playoffs. The old sang here in Dallas was that the Mavs would never win a championship with Dirk. I guess now its the Cowboys will never win a championship with Romo.

That is why Brady is above all playing right now. Manning is always going to be just a hair below Brady because of it, and he is put in the likes of Favre, Brees(so far), and Rodgers. Great football players, but only had one Super Bowl season.
