Can someone explain something to me please? Perhaps it has already been discussed, but I'm too lazy to look.
When the 49ers kicked the field goal, they could have gotten 0 points plus 15 yards on the penalty and a first down. Instead, they chose 3 points and kicking the ball. WHY?! They could have used up valuable clock time, even if they only came back after the next set of downs with a field goal or, perhaps, a touchdown. That blew my fucking mind!How do we forget ourselves?
