Maybe i was a little too drunk, but i really think they stopped the fedor/hendo fight way too soon.

Looked to me like Fedor was out completely with his eyes rolled back. It was Henderson bouncing on top of him trying to land more shots that woke him back up. If Fedor was out even for a split sec it was a good stop.

I'm inclined to agree. It sucks it went down that way, but thats combat for you, anything can happen.

In retrospect, i no longer believe the fight was stopped prematurely.

He just simply needs to retire.

Fedor should have been given time to recover from the illegal blows to the back of the head, period.

Even so Henderson would've knocked him out again. Fedor's eye was already FUBAR. Fedor is done.

Recover time? Those hits came after he was out cold and face planted the mat. Those hits just woke him up lol

Matt Hughes won his title from Newton after being put out cold. He hit the ground and it woke him up, Newton was out from hitting the ground.

This shit with Fedor is just a case of people tearing Fedor down. Thats what people do these days, build them up to where they are untouchable only to tear them down.

This is now what, the third time he's been burned trying to go to the ground in a flurry? He's done.

I know what you mean, but i don't think he's done. He's only in his mid 30's right?

Yeah, but I don't see the difference in how they were woken up personally. Fedor at least rolled over in order to defend himself to get his bearings back. Hughes sat back, looked up at the ref and didn't know what was going on. It took him about 10 seconds to even realize what was going on.

It is what it is. I hope we haven't seen the last of Fedor. He always brings the fight, stays in the pocket and throws bombs. He's never in a boring fight.

I hope Fedor retires, it is in his best interest.
