At least the media portrays it that way. If he wants to come here and play football then awsome but if he wants to get into movies then stay away!

I wont shed a tear if he goes to the Jets though, we need help in alot of places and that is alot of money that he wants.
Wait.... What? He wants to come to Texas to become an actor? LOL!!! I've heard it all.... must be the next Jamie Fox.

That still haunts me.... The whole McDaniels stint with Denver. Peyton Hillis & Moreno could probably be one of the best running back tandems in the NFL right now.

      • He meant he wants to go to NYC to become an actor.

        Reading is fundamental

        • The no state tax is an option, the Rangers tried to use that as leverage in trying to get Cliff Lee to resign.

Cliff Lee's wife was the reason the Rangers couldn't get him to stay. Not really the money.

Exactly. Broncos traded Hillis for Brady Quinn who has seen no action for the Broncos since the signing. Hillis however has become one of the leagues premier running backs.

I could only imagine if we had both of them

                    • I told Matt this earlier, but I'll say it again.

NOT a fan of the Asomugha move. Cap is $120 million. Asomugha wants $16 mill/yr. You shouldn't be paying one player 10+% of your budget. Especially when it's not a need position. Absolutely it's an upgrade. But they need to shore up the DL, FS, and SS position. Now. Signing him won't allow good players at the need positions.

Speaking of the rangers, do you think the reason chuck greenburg was booted was due to michael yoing and that drama that went on in the offseason?
How do we forget ourselves? How do we forget our minds?

                        • I'll also add Nnamdi will wind up in Dallas. Jerry doesn't lose. Especially when he has his eyes on someone. He can't be reasoned with, and can't be talked out of it, his mind is already made up.

I'll agree with this statement. In a way I wish my teams had a owner like Jerry Jones.

Nhamdi being on the outside IS going to put pressure on the DT. There is no doubt about that. Teams are going to resort to alot more running, so yes, we need to figure out how to shore up that position.

Lost in all of this is there still isn't a real safety playing for the Cowboys.
