That move means the Cowboys have ONE DL under contract. One. We need 4 in rotation, not including back ups. Not to mention, we have no starting free or strong safety,

      • "Todd Archer from ESPNDallas reports that the Cowboys have contacted two defensive ends who have played for Rob Ryan in Cleveland, Kenyon Coleman and Robaire Smith. At this point however it's hard to imagine that the 32-year old Coleman or the 33-year old Smith could be long-term solutions for the Cowboys' defensive line. But perhaps Rob Ryan is looking to potentially use them in very specific roles.

The Cowboys, according to Archer, have also started negotiations with their own free agents Stephen Bowen and Marcus Spears. Jason Hatcher appears to be the odd man and today let it be known via twitter that he is "Back to waiting to see where my destination will be.. I know it will be a great place.."

          • The Chicago Bears bolstered their thin class of free-agent acquisitions by agreeing to terms with former Pittsburgh tight end Matt Spaeth.

That's a decent pick up. Who backed up Greg Olsen last year? That guy is one hell of a Tight End.

That list of WR's money is interesting. I didn't have a clue CJ was #1!

That list is for this season, not total contract. Johnson is still the highest paid WR in the NFL.

                • I think Andre Johnson might be the best WR in the NFL IMO

                          • I'm sorry to see Reggie go to the Dolphins but he $11million+ makes him a luxury when we have three good RBs. He'll probably see success in Miami where he'll get more reps. Kinda hard to do that in NO when Peyton and Drew have so many weapons and a willingness to spread the ball around.

                              • Steve Breaston is a good sign for KC, it gives Cassel another option besides Dwayne Bowe
