They drafted a guy who was a good MLB prospect, but was paralyzed from the waist down after colliding with another player during a game. They also drafted his buddy from the same team the round before. Both were Georgia Bulldog OF.

Close. They drafted him in the 33rd round, but they drafted his buddy, the guy that he collided with, at the end of the first round.
