If Auburn loses to SC and LSU beats Ark, it'll be 2007 all over again. Blindnuns Tech will lose to Baby Seal U. at 3 a.m. somewhere in the Pacific and it'll be just enough to move LSU to No. 2 and into the NCG.
If Aubbie loses to SC AND Oregon loses to Ore. St., fuggetaboutit...LSU is in.

Florida didn't play for the nc last year if you noticed. Just want to toss that out there.

So... if both win out and Auburn AND Oregon take a late season shit, they're not playing each other?

Shit, that might turn into another one of those "shared" championships. You know how that feels, right?

LOL...it will take a lot for LSU to get to Glendale. If SC beats Auburn in the SECCG, they go to the Sugar Bowl and Auburn will likely get the other SEC at-large BCS Bowl bid and LSU heads to the Cap One bowl(assuming we beat Arky)...depends on how the voters look at the loss by Auburn. We shall see.

If Aub beats Bama but loses to SC then it's highly unlikely they play in the MNC. My guess is BSU would jump and play Oregon. If Oregon loses as well, LSU could be in the picture.

uh huh. Wisconsin will get that Rose Bowl if things stay like they are now. They WILL NOT pair two big10 teams together in the same bowl. How's that for national appeal, sweetheart

Yeah, i don't think the bcs wants to have another OU situation on their hands.

And the Tigers have to get past little piggy first

Maybe"isn't shit" isn't the right way to put it, but they're not as good as the rankings show. I can confidently say that I'd take TCU or Boise State over any big 12 team this season.

Are you being intentionally obtuse? I never said both big ten teams would head to the rose. Rose would pair the badgers with someone else and the buckeyes might land in the sugar bowl. If everyone wins out Oregon will be the only PAC 10 school in the bcs is my bet.

I thought we were both talking about the Rose Bowl here lol

If everybody wins out here is my bet:
                          NC- Oregon, Auburn
                          Rose- Stanford, Wisconsin
                          Fiesta- Big12 winner, Boise St.
                          Sugar- LSU, TCU
Orange- Big East winner, Ohio St (sense they travel so well)

You are missing va tech/acc automatic qualifier. If everyone wins out lsu/Ohio state/Stanford will be fighting for 2 spots. One will get left out.

                                1. NC game: AU versus Oregon
                                2. Sugar: LSU* versus Ohio State
                                3. Rose: Wisconsin versus TCU
                                4. Orange: Va Tech versus Pitt
                                5. Fiesta: Nebraska versus Boise

*The Sugar doesn't have to take LSU and some believe that the Sugar hates taking LSU because they don't sell hotel rooms, etc. But I think their relationship with the SEC makes it likely.
