These games are so damn intense. My wife is laughing at me because I stand up for the last 5 minutes of the game swaying back and forth and walking in circles.

For some reason, the Rocky theme song has been in my head the whole series. If we win, there better be an epic video with the Rocky theme playing.

The Mavs are damn lucky to be tied in this series. Their shooting and turnover numbers are horrible. The good news is that they ARE tied, and with one good game, can go back to Miami only needing one win.

Yes, barring the miracle comeback from 15 down and coming back from 9 down in the 4th last night, Dallas could have easily been swept out of this series. On the flip side, Dallas could just as easily be up 3-1 in this series...if not for a boneheaded 50 seconds by Barea in game 3.

Mavericks backup point guard J.J. Barea has struggled in the NBA Finals, and that was never more evident than a 50-second stretch to end the first quarter and begin the second quarter of Game 3.

Barea made a bad pass for a turnover with 3.5 seconds left in the first quarter. Then he lagged on defense, failing to challenge trailing Mario Chalmers, allowing Chalmers to make an open 40-foot 3-pointer that gave the Heat a 29-22 lead.

Barea opened the second quarter with a foul and a turnover in the first 35 seconds. Then he left Chalmers open again for a 3, allowing the Heat to continue its 12-0 run.

I am tired of seeing headlines saying the Heat gave another one away or bumbled another one away.

Why aren't the Mavs getting credit for lock down defense in the 4th? That is what is happening. They are taking away the first 10 seconds of Miami's possession and then its a free for all from Miami's offense. They dribble and stumble around and end up with poor shots. Miami's set offense is terrible, and even worse when Dallas puts the D on them.

Come on, give the Mavs credit!!

I haven't heard one national commentator pick Dallas other than Barkley. The only things I heard last night were Magic calling out Lebron for not showing up, and all the columns today are about James not showing up and Miami giving another one away.

But yet the series is tied, and IMO they are the better "team".

Miami has the better talent, but Dallas is the better team.

Unbelievable game last night! Dweeeyane is either the greatest player ever with a gift to make incredible, impossible shots, or he's the luckiest POS on the face of the planet. Dirk, once again, showed why he's an instant hall of famer. Dirk, with the flu, is a better player than Lebitch James. I can't wait for game 5! GO MAVS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
