Nolan wanted a more "baseball oriented" broadcast. Josh was too out there for him.

He isn't bad on his radio show.

Lewin made watching the games enjoyable. His stupidity at times made me laugh and he always seemed to be full of energy. Now we've got two lethargic gents calling the games, one of which heaps way too much praise on other teams and their players for a local broadcaster. Wouldn't really mind seeing both of them leave next year.

I think with someone like Lewin TAG fits in well, but with Rhadigan it's too much. There's something nostalgic about Tom Grieve and I like his input. He's kind of like Nadel to me, reminds me of watching or listening to the games when I was younger.

I know some on here hated Lewin. I guess I was indifferent. Rhadigan sucks though. Lewin did weird me out with the stare at the camera, <snaps head to the side>, stares at TAG,<snaps head back> stares at the camera.....and repeat routine.

Lewin's "Ballgame" was better IMHO. Short and sweet. Even better on walkoffs.

That duo is one of the driving reasons behind me not watching much Ranger ball this year. It's just unbearable.

Rhad is horrible, damn near unbearable. needs to just stop over cramming the witty bs and call the game. For some reason he doesn't bother me so much on the ticket fill ins. That may only be cause I don't have to listen to him for 2-3 hours straight on the ticket.
