yeah one team completetly took him off the draft board.

he fell down the boards hard... went from Top 5 and possibly #1 to out of the first.. must be serious... I would take him in the 3rd. He could possibly only play for 5 years at best with his knee.

I just read Tyron Smith is somehow related to Emmitt Smiths dads side of the family.

If Marvin Austin, Akeem Ayers , Aaron Williams , Brandon Harris , Stephen Paea or Raheem Moore are there.. who do you want?

    my prediction:
    33 NE: Akeem Ayers
    34 Bills: Bowers or Dalton ( i think they'll go Dalton )
35 Bungules: Bowers , best DB available
36 Broncos: Marvin Austin or TE Rudolph
37 Browns: DB / WR ? ? I haven no clue what they are doing up there LOL.
38 Arizona: I think they'll take Mallet if he is there or Best RB available
39 Titans: DL - Marvin Austin or Paea

    40 Cowboys: Raheem More

    I would prefer Paea though.

and now i just read Jerry Jones tried to trade up to get Aaron Williams because he thought the Steelers were gonna take him.

So cancel everything i just wrote above LOL... we will probably take Aaron Williams now to play FS for us if he is there at #40.

I'm very happy about the first round selections made by the Denver Broncos & New Orleans Saints.

Denver picked up Von Miller LB out of Texas A&M who supposedly is the best pass rusher this past season and racked up 17 sacks. Him & Elvis should solidify that D-Line.

The Saints however picked up DE Cameron Jordan out of Cal. with the 24th overall pick in the first who should line up well the opposite side of Will Smith. Then traded two picks with New England to slip back into the first round at the 28th pick and drafted Mark Ingram. Look's like he'll beef up that back field of the Saints, now they'll have two Heisman Trophy winners in the back field.

I wish the cowboys would have traded down for a tackle. I don't think the kid is going to be a complete bust, but I don't think he was a good "value" where he was selected. I'd assume the next pick is a DB. The #1 rated safety is still on the board, maybe that will be the pick.

I liked what the browns did, getting 5 picks for 1 when their top 2 guys were off the board, but I'm really confused by them trading back up to take a 2nd round 3-4 NT when they are switching back to a 4-3. I would like to see them make a play for Bowers to help rebuild the D line (again) or grab Torrey Smith or Titus Young. Colt needs someone to throw the ball to other than Hillis.

Bush pretty much announced today he won't return to the Saints which was expected. He tweeted something along the lines, Its been fun New Orleans.

Bush apparently doesn't think there is room for him in what will be a crowded backfield in the Saints pass-first offense led by quarterback Drew Brees. Bush tweeted "it's been fun New Orleans," an indication he does not expect to be back to collect the $11.8 million he is set to earn in what would be the final year of his contract.

New Orleans coach Sean Payton doesn't necessarily see it that way.

"There's a certain skill set Reggie has and there are things that he does that we value a lot," Payton said before Bush's tweet. Ingram "is a runner who I would say is a much different style. I wouldn't even begin to look at how it will affect Reggie's status with us. Reggie has been a big part of what we've done successfully offensively in the last five years."

I think Bush just doesn't want to be there anymore. He probably feels shafted after being asked to take a pay cut and then 1st round pick in Ingram. Idk, I think Ingram is a better RB then Bush was anyhow. Only time will tell.

I wouldn't go saying all of that. I think Bush college career was a lot better. NFL though Ingram probably has it hands down.

I think Bush just doesn't think he'll get very many carries so would rather go elsewhere where he is actually needed.

                  Pierre Thomas
                  Chris Ivory
                  Reggie Bush
                  Mark Ingram

                  That's stacked.

unless Bush takes a paycut he isnt gonna come back... Even though they are stacked, they are all pretty injury prone lately. Pierre Thomas was durable until last season. Ingram has that knee issue.

As stupid as it sounds and Reggies is still a good decoy if you watch the games. He cant run in between the tackles and is only dangerous when he catches a check down pass or a screen.

I know i'll be drafting Ingram in my fantasy league late next year.

Honestly I don't think it matters how good of a back you are in Sean Peytons system he'll find a way to use you.

No. Just had to pick up someone considering Chris Ivory's numbers went down and Pierre Thomas was just coming back from injury as well as Bush.
