XM Radio Antenna Question?

I currently have the Pioneer AVH-3200DVD, I recently bought a Pioneer
GEX-920XM Tuner that I want to hook up for XM Radio.

My question is, can I tap into my car antenna instead of mounting the one that comes with this?
