I'm sure this question will be answered by EW but I'll throw it out there because I know some of you are proficient with car audio as well:
I'm looking for a 12 volt solution for a Bluetooth device that I can hard wire into my factory radio to stream audio from a bluetooth device.
(a2dp complaint).
At the moment, I'm thinking of buying:
PIE FRD03-AUX/S to give me a set of RCA inputs behind the head unit.
Then, along with the PIE unit, I would need a good quality bluetooth receiver which would connect to the PIE via RCA cable.
is the PIE the best unit for the job?
what is the best 12v bluetooth unit in terms of audio quality and connectivity?
is there an all in one bluetooth + aux hookup (doubtful, cause PIE would probably be the ones to make it!).
