suggestion on dashcam with GPS tracking

Any suggestions on a dadhcam with GPS tracking? I have a small fleet of 4 vehicles that I need this for.

Its a small startup company. I just need it to track mileage for tax purposes and to make sure drivers aren't stealing trips.
