How do you clean an LED TV screen?

I have a 55 in Samsung LED tv and I need to clean the screen. The TV came with a micro-fiber towel but no written instructions, but "pictures" of the towel being used on the trim of the tv. So I don't know if this is used just for the trim or for the screen also.

I have heard that you use a water/rubbing alcohol solution but I want to know for sure so I dont fuck it up.

I just use the provided cloth on the screen, or a spray and cloth that I got for my laptop LCD screen.

Swiffer? really? I think that would work great for dusting?

typically you just need to dust it with the microfiber cloth. you shouldn't need to use a solution very often.

as far as cleaner it really depends on your screen. if it's the shiny type panel using a 50/50 mix of 70% isopropyl alcohol and distilled water is fine. just be more careful with the matte screen.

Id use the cloth and water. You can't really have anything on that screen that would need more.

The reason it needs to be cleaned with a soltion mix is because I drop my glass of tea and some splashed on the screen. I dried it right away with a soft cloth, but now its streaky.

Sorry, I just now saw your question. It doesn't say what it is, just the mfg.

If you use a liquid cleaner, please make sure to apply it to the cloth and NOT spray it on the screen. I've seen a handful of TVs ruined from people spraying on the screen and the liquid getting to the circuitry.
