    yea, i had to click the help button. it sent out the rf signal and everything turned on. WTF?

      Its real easy for them to get off cycle. You have to be real careful to keep it aimed, give it lots of time, and don't start pushing buttons again. Even when you do everything right, it can have hiccups.

            I really only use my harmony to turn everything on and adjust the volume.

            I end up using my DVR remote for my dvr.

              I should have a harmony one here later today. Found a good deal so I figured it was worth a shot. If I don't like it I can resell it

                Harmony One here as well.

                I've had it for 2-3 years now and I haven't had any issues with it at all.

                I am thinking of selling it and going with the Harmony Link and an iPad Mini w/Retina Display (when it comes out).
