Building a new house and thinking about going with a projector in my man cave. I know there are plenty of DIY screen builds but I also heard about this screen and being able to just take it off the roller and framing it up.

119 inch for around $100, I heard 1.1 gain isn't too bad. What would a decent projector be for a game room? Looking around $300-500 mark online. I know it will not be top of the line, but for that kind of money.
