a good place to start. Some people take it a little more serious than others.

A real ISF calibration accesses menus on many TVs you don't know exist and much like the the Wu, Ain't Nothin' Ta Fuck With.
All that aside, it would be a waste of money to calibrate that Westinghouse LED.

Second question: that tv is a piece of shit
Third answer, buy a better tv and get it pro isf'd.
I've got the best buy isf on my Toshiba and it made a world of difference. Brought my color down so much I actually have almost real blacks on a damn dlp (not usualy). The best part was its half the brighness of the stock setting that it made my bulb last twice as long. Just one bulb in 4 years paid for the calibration.

I'm opposite. Can't play games on smaller TV's since playing them on my 52" Mitsu and 55" Toshiba..."Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776
