I don't like that it doesn't have pre-outs, but that's probably just because I'm old and hook old things up to mine. Seems capable and, as mentioned plenty of times, Yamaha makes quality products.

For an extra $44...This is a better deal and receiver. I have this one am very happy with it

I went and bought a Sony(GASP!) STR-DN1040. So far I love it. Super easy setup, pushes my speakers brilliantly, the Bluetooth and apps work like a champ.

Picked up a Harmony ultimate at the same time and it blows away that POS 1100 I had.

Now comcast is bringing out their new x1 boxes next Tuesday.

I just bought the Denon 1913 to replace my old media room receiver.... Amazing in looking at the spec difference in what I had vs. this one...
