Sirius and XM Question

If you have a new(er) vehicle, such as a 2011 that comes standard with Siruis Radio, and you subscribe for the sirius premier package, do you actually recieve the XM Channels as well (main concern is MLB Play by Play)?

Sirius gave me two answers, yes from one rep and no from another rep

Can anyone confirm this information?

It would be the live play-by-play channel on XM. 176-189

Ch 209 on Sirius will get "Home plate" for baseball talk and they have been playing the national call of the WS games.
