wilwood brakes for 8.8 5 lug disc

I have a set of rear disk brakes that have 75-100 passes and 300-400 street miles. They are five lug and will work with or with out c-clip eliminators. They also have the integrated parking brake. I'm asking $325 for them but will entertain reasonable offers or possible trades.

Do they bolt right up to a fox and work with fox length axles ? I already have the 5 lug with drums .
