Made a trip in to take a look at a new car. Service was underwhelming.

Getting 'taken care of' consisted of a brief introduction to Tony and a hand-off to a new sales guy that has been there a week (who was introduced as 'my top guy'), a test drive with the wife riding passenger and the sales guy stuffed in the back seat, followed by repeated "What kind of monthly payment do you want?" after telling him several times I had my own financing, and bottom line price the same as the internet price on the Grapevine Ford website.

Not impressed.

Funny that GVF acts as if they are taking care of down but for the past 6 months has been offering internet prices. That's fine but just don't act like members are getting some big favor.
