My story would have been posted regardless. I was waiting until I had everything that they owed me prior to letting it all loose. Didn't want them using that as leverage to not finish what we agreed on.

Coincidentally, the day that I got the last piece of my puzzle, I saw the thread in the back porch about it. So I posted my experience, as well as posted it in the advertisers forum. My biggest motivation for posting my experience, was that my wife bought a used car from another dealership that is not an advertiser on here, and it was such a smooth and trouble free process. None of the back and forth bullshit, none of the "call me in a few days and we'll get it taken care of", none of the non- returned calls or text messages, just a completely different experience all together. Hands down probably one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. And no it wasn't Carmax!

I guess I just expected a higher level of service when dealing with one of our authorized advertisers. Jeff Stone was pretty cool, but he had very little to do with my transaction/experience. Had it been him the whole time, the story might be different. But between the salesman he passed me to refusing to own the situation until it's resolved, threats of a deal not being valid over night, promising to repair an item then telling me too bad, and lack of follow up, plus the finance dudes blatant attempt to fuck me out of $2600 without any explanation other than "your bank must be wrong because I matched their rate and term", then proceeds to intentionally shred a document I specifically asked him to return to me minutes before, I'd say it was a pretty shitty experience.

And believe me, there is plenty more I could go on and on about that was shitty about the whole experience, but I also expect a little bit of bullshit when dealing with any car dealer. So I'm taking some of that and chocking it up to being what it is, typical car dealer bullshit. But there's a certain point where too much is just too much. And they went beyond that to the point to where, as I stated earlier, I probably will not do business with them again.
