I emailed Reid over a week for a diesel full ton truck for my company and never heard back. We've bought over a dozen trucks from them too. So, they must be doing well enough to not return emails from a repeat customer.

However, since we are making a big deal about him not being back with you instantly, I feel like its appropriate to tell you all. Since then, he's been working sparsely. Actually i have no problem with reid or his proactivity.. He called me to wish me happy birthday to my wife
