Josh (or anyone at Grapevine Ford who can help):
I sold my 2010 F-150 that I bought from you to another individual and we're trying to transfer the extended warranty. The warranty place requires the service records of the truck. I know for sure I took my truck to Grapevine Ford for the last two oil changes. The first one too but I'm not certain. It might have been done at Texas Motors Ford in Fort Worth. The new owner has called your Service Dept several times and was told they will email the service records to me (the original owner). It's been over a week and still nothing, even after several follow up phone calls by the new owner. The new owner is running out of time. Transferring the extended warranty has to be down within 30 days of purchase.
Josh, if you have a minute, can you follow up on this? Can you have them email the records to both of these:
