Funny, funny man. This guy took more hits to the head than anyone. There use to be a running joke around football that said Dandy Don had a revolving charge account at every major hospital in every NFL city. I remember watching a game one Sunday against the Redskins where Don got knocked out cold. They took him to the locker room and when they came out for the second half, he actually thought it was the start of the game. Had no memory of what had happened. I had heard for years he had Alzheimers.sigpic

I grew up watching him on Monday Night football. He used to break out singing toward the end of the game after the Cowboys had beaten another team.
