North Richland Hill police have arrested a former Richland High School teacher for her actions outside the classroom with a student.

Tiffanie Bedinger, 44, was charged for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old student.

Police and Birdville Independent School District officials were made aware of the possible offense last April by the victim’s family.

Bedinger was arrested on Tuesday and released on a $30,000 bond
