Epic Group Ride, Sunday 7/17/2011

Kyle setup this route a few weeks ago, we are going to be meeting at the Loves at 75 and 455, it's on the east side of 75 (see below). To beat the stupid heat we are going to be meeting at the Loves at 6:25am and rolling out at 6:30am, yeah it's early, yeah that sucks, but it's worth it to beat the heat

Bring anyone that wants to come even if its not a motorcycle! Cars are welcome to join the ride. It will be a spirited run, but we will try to stay in everyone's comfort zone. We don't plan on going over 80mph in the straights. For the tighter corners, we usually almost double the "suggested" speed, IE if the corner says 30mph we run 50-60mph.

I've done the Anna to I35 route a couple of times going both ways and there are some serious turns on it...as well as LOTS of places for the Police to run radar. That looks like a long, hot ride with temps expected to be up to 100 by early afternoon. I MIGHT be up for this ride depending on a few things between now and then.

Yeah, I don't want it to be a ticket fest, I plan on keeping it pretty close to the speed limit. If anyone wants to break off after Munster it may help with the afternoon heat. This ride is a walk in the park compared to some of the Arkansas stuff that I've done on my gsxr/zx14
